1. Fiber Cement Board is produced through more than ten working procedures including pulping, forming, pressing by 10,000-ton press, high-temperature high-pressure autoclave curing and surface coating. It takes Portland cement, quartz sand and other siliceous & calcareous materials as well as mineral plant fibers and other inorganic raw materials. The surface can be treated with painting, sandblasting, wire drawing, stone texture imitation, wood grain imitation and other processes to present various colors and textures. It can replace stone, metal, wood and other materials to meet the requirements of diverse architectural styles.
