Silicate fireproof board is a low-density professional fire-resistant panel mainly composed of calcareous materials, siliceous materials and plant fibers. It is produced with special raw material proportioning through forming, high-temperature treatment and autoclave curing.
As an upgraded product derived from calcium silicate board, it is a special panel with ultra-low density and superior fire resistance. The board features light weight, fire resistance and moisture resistance, and generates no toxic smoke when exposed to fire. It fully meets the requirements of China's industrial and national standards for passive fire protection systems.

Tunnel Fireproof Panel

Tunnel fire-resistant protective boards are professional, low-density boards made primarily from calcareous materials, siliceous materials, and plant fibers, using a special process ratio, and are formed, high-temperature, and steam-pressure cured. These products are an upgraded extension of calcium silicate boards and are a special product that combines ultra-low density and ultra-high fire resistance. In the event of a tunnel fire, the temperature can reach over 1200°C in a short period of time, and the concrete in the tunnel is difficult to withstand such high temperatures, causing the concrete to crack and resulting in loss of life and property. In shield tunnels and immersed tube tunnels, after being tested under various fire curves such as RABT, the fire resistance limit of the tunnel boards has been found to be over 2 hours.
